Layout: Written in 2 columns of 32 lines, below top line; ruled in light brown ink. Decoration: Gold and blue littera duplex and six highly flourished initials alternating between blue with red flourishes and gold with blue flourishes. Left borders of columns are blue and gold or blue and red. Some red lettering.

Written in Gothic Textualis script. Heading in informal cursive script on recto and verso.
