Carter and the University of Vermont Agricultural Expriment Station, as part of a study of hay harvesting techniques and costs in Vermont. This film documents use of the buck rake, wind stalkers, and field chopper.Preservation and digitization of this film was made possible through a generous grant from the National Film Preservation Foundation.
